Cars in German Town Found Smeared with Swastikas in Blood, Police State

Police stated they were notified by a resident who found a automobile in Hanau marked with red-colored fluid

Approximately fifty cars have been covered with what seems to be blood from a person in the Germany's city of Hanau near Frankfurt, as reported by authorities.

Automobiles, building surfaces and mailboxes were defaced, sometimes with swastikas, they stated in a official communication.

Police say they were contacted in the late hours on Wednesday, when a man observed that a vehicle in the Lamboy neighborhood of Hanau had been marked with a reddish-hued liquid.

The fluid had been applied in the pattern of a Nazi symbol, they stated.

Police then found numerous other marked cars and house walls in the surrounding area.

These symbols are illegal in Germany under laws prohibiting the visible presentation of symbols from the Nazi era.

Officials report early analysis indicate the fluid was most likely human blood.

"At present there remains no clue as to where it came from; investigators are not yet informed of any injuries in association with the incident," they stated.

City officials said they were trying "to unravel the case" and have appealed to the community for details.

An important political figure stated the incident rendered him speechless and required to be solved quickly.

"This incident strikes at the core of Hanau and reawakens the trauma of the far-right violent incident five years ago," he stated on social media, referring to the killing of nine victims by a gunman aiming at residents of foreign heritage in five years prior.
